Shipping and Returns

1. Return Policy

At Skin Laundry Saudi Arabia, you may return eligible products in line with the terms below.

Return Period

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
• Products purchased from other retailers are not eligible.
• Returns without the original receipt or proof of purchase are not accepted.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused.
• Items must be in original packaging.
• Products must be in resalable condition.

How to Return

Online Orders

• Email info@skinlaundry.sa
• Include:
  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Proof of purchase
  • Phone number

Clinic Purchases

• Visit the Skin Laundry Saudi Arabia clinic where the product was purchased.
• Bring the product with the original receipt.
• Products may be exchanged for another product.
• Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• You cover return shipping costs.
• Skin Laundry covers shipping only if the return is due to our error such as an incorrect or defective item.

2. Product Orders Policy

• Online product orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
• To cancel, email info@skinlaundry.sa.
• Orders that have been shipped or are being prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

• Unused products purchased from Skin Laundry clinics or www.skinlaundry.sa may be exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt.
• You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

3. Shipping

• Delivery is available within Saudi Arabia only.
• Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on location.
• Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
• Provide a complete delivery address and valid contact number to avoid delays.

4. Order Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
