Wellness MENA Investment LLC maintains the skinlaundry.sa website (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the skinlaundry.sa Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Wellness MENA Investment LLC may update these Terms at any time by posting revised versions on the Site. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. If you breach these Terms, Wellness MENA Investment LLC may suspend or terminate your access and take legal action as permitted by law.

1. Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal use only, subject to these Terms.

Wellness MENA Investment LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Site, its software, or its content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site unless expressly permitted in writing.

2. Site Operation and Jurisdiction

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the country of domicile for this Site. The Site is operated in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.

Accessing the Site from outside Saudi Arabia is at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your location.

3. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise.

  • The amount charged will match the price and currency shown at checkout.

  • Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

  • No refunds are provided unless explicitly stated in these Terms.

5. Sanctions and Restricted Parties

Wellness MENA Investment LLC does not provide services to individuals or entities subject to international sanctions or designated under applicable regulatory restrictions.

6. User Representations

By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.

  • Any information or content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.

Minors under 18 may not register, transact, or use the Site.

7. Permitted Use

You may view and retain copies of Site pages for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit Site content for commercial use without written approval.

You must retain transaction records and copies of Site policies.

8. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Wellness MENA Investment LLC is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Wellness MENA Investment LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the Site, to the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law.

13. Termination

Wellness MENA Investment LLC may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellness MENA Investment LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

15. User-Submitted Content License

By submitting content, you grant Wellness MENA Investment LLC a worldwide, perpetual right to use, publish, and distribute such content without compensation.

All submissions are treated as non-confidential.

16. Advertising

Advertisers are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. Wellness MENA Investment LLC is not responsible for advertiser content.

17. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. First-Time Offer – Saudi Arabia

First-Time Offer KSA

  • Applicable to first-time Skin Laundry Saudi Arabia clients only.

  • Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

  • Non-transferable.

  • Valid only at participating Skin Laundry Saudi Arabia clinics.

  • Offer details, value, and duration may vary and are subject to clinic availability.

19. Cancellation and Late Policy

Appointment Cancellations

Clients receive appointment reminders 48 hours in advance.

New Clients

  • Minimum 6 hours’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • No-shows incur a 30% service charge and treatment cancellation.

  • Failure to attend a first-time offer appointment voids offer eligibility.

Existing Members and Package Holders

  • Minimum 6 hours’ notice required.

  • Three or more late cancellations result in deduction of the treatment credit.

20. Membership Cancellation

  • Recurring memberships have a minimum 3-month commitment.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days before the next billing date.

  • Memberships auto-renew if not cancelled on time.

  • Unused credits are not refunded.


Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Cancellation Request Form or by emailing membership@skinlaundry.sa.

21. Packages and Upfront Memberships

  • No refunds after payment.

  • Value may be exchanged for other services or transferred to a family member or friend within the validity period.

22. Refund Policy

All treatments, memberships, and packages are non-refundable.

23. Products and Online Orders

  • Online orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing info@skinlaundry.sa.

  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Unused products in original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days with receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.

24. Delivery

  • Delivery within Saudi Arabia is completed via Aramex  within 2 to 5 working days, subject to location.

  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

  • Accurate address and contact details are required to avoid delays.

Order confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours of payment.
