18. Memberships and Cancellations

  • Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
  • To cancel a membership, please send an email to membership@skinlaundry.sa 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused benefits, but membership credits may be transferred to a family member or friend during the membership period.

19. Refund Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy for treatments, packages, and memberships.
