WHAT TO EXPECT
- During your session, the target areas will be thoroughly cleansed, and typically, no numbing agent is required. However, ice packs may be used upon request to enhance comfort, especially for those with heightened sensitivity.
- The treatment involves using a specialized hand piece to deliver laser energy directly into the designated areas. You may experience a mild warmth sensation combined with a gentle cooling effect on the skin during the procedure.
- The duration of the treatment can vary but generally ranges between 15 to 30 minutes to cover the full body, depending on the specific areas being treated and individual circumstances.
AFTERCARE
- Hydrate your skin with a non-comedogenic moisturiser twice daily to keep it nourished and aid in recovery.
- Avoid using hair removal products like waxing, electrolysis, or tweezing in the treated area for 4-6 weeks post-treatment. Shaving is permitted.
- Minimise sun exposure for 5 days to reduce the risk of hyperpigmentation as per our skin expert’s instructions. Apply a moisturising SPF 30+ sunscreen daily.
- Do not wash/wet the areas treated for at least 6 hours
- Reapply fucibet creams on areas treated.
- If treating the axillae (underarms), consider using powder instead of deodorant for 24 hours post-treatment to minimize skin irritation.
- No physical exfoliation or scrubbing and exfoliating ingredients (aha, bha, pha).
- Apply cool compresses, cold gel packs, or chilled aloe vera gel to soothe the treated area if required.
- Minor Redness is Normal.

Our Signature Laser Facial is our universal first-time treatment. Afterwards, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will assess your skin’s response to your first Skin Laundry facial, review your skin concerns and design a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward.
