WHAT TO EXPECT
- Before your first appointment, you and your Skin Laundry therapist will discuss your skin concerns, the treatment, its benefits, and your skin goals.
- We’ll take a photo (which will remain private) to help track your skin journey at Skin Laundry.
- After a cleanse, your Skin Laundry therapist will begin the Laser treatment followed by an application of our medical grade serums. Post treatment aftercare will be provided.
AFTERCARE
- Continue your daily skincare routine, when instructed to by our therapist. Using a gentle cleanser free of any active ingredients, along with Skin Laundry Serum and Hydrating Facial Sheet Mask
- Avoid heat exposure, i.e. hot showers, saunas or steam rooms, for 24 hours following your treatment
- Hold off on makeup/exercise for at least 24 hours
- Avoid unprotected sun exposure for 5 days – use a hat or umbrella
- For best results, apply a Skin Laundry serum every hour for the next 6 hours post treatment and avoid applying sunscreen for 24 hours
- For best results, avoid active ingredients, such as vitamin C, AHAs and retinoids, and physical exfoliation for 24 hours following your treatment
- Do not rub, pick or scrub the skin

Afterwards, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will assess your skin’s response to your first Skin Laundry facial, review your skin concerns and design a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward.
