WHAT TO EXPECT
- Before your first appointment, you and your Skin Laundry therapist will discuss your skin concerns, the treatment, its benefits, and your skin goals.
- Your skin laundry therapist will do a patch test, so you will have an idea how you will feel during the treatment.
- After a cleanse, your SL therapist will begin the Laser treatment followed by an application of medical grade serum, and provide you post treatment aftercare.
AFTERCARE
- Continue your daily skincare routine when instructed to by our skin experts by using a gentle cleanser free of any active ingredients along with Skin Laundry Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Hydrating Facial Sheet Mask
- Avoid heat exposure, i.e. hot showers, saunas or steam rooms, for 24 hours following your treatment
- Hold off on makeup/exercise for at least 24 hours.
- Avoid unprotected sun exposure for 5 days – use a hat or umbrella
- For best results, apply a Skin Laundry serum every hour for the next 6 hours and avoid applying sunscreen for 24 hours
- For best results, avoid active ingredients, such as vitamin C, AHAs and retinoids, and physical exfoliation for 24 hours following your treatment
- Do not rub, pick or scrub the skin

Afterwards, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will assess your skin’s response to your first Skin Laundry facial, review your skin concerns and design a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward.

Just like your laundry, we believe in establishing a cycle based on your individual skin concerns. Our experts will create a treatment plan and advise on how often you should come in to help achieve your personal skin goals.
