TREATMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
Most treatments are designed to be comfortable:
● Laser Facials: You may feel a warm tingling sensation or a light snapping (like a rubber band) but it’s generally not painful.
● HydraFacials: These are described as cooling, soothing, and like a gentle massage, making them quite relaxing.
● Hair Removal: The Clarity II laser has a cooling tip to reduce discomfort. You may feel a slight snapping, but it’s tolerable.
● Injectables: For Botox, PRP, or fillers, you might feel mild pricks, but numbing cream can be applied for comfort.
● Signature Laser Facial: 15 minutes
● Fractional Laser Facial: 15 minutes

We recommend a weekly routine for optimal results. Most clients come in 2-3 times per month for treatments like Laser Facials, HydraFacials, or body treatments. For maintenance, one session every 1-2 weeks helps maintain clear, glowing skin.

Memberships are designed for individual use to maintain personalized treatment plans. However, you can refer a friend and earn discounts or a free treatment when they join Skin Laundry
You can carry over one missed session to the next month. We encourage regular treatments, but we understand that schedules can change.

SAFETY & CONTRAINDICATIONS
Yes! Our treatments, including laser facials, HydraFacials, and Clarity II laser hair removal, are designed to be safe for all skin types, including darker skin tones. During your consultation, our experts will adjust the treatment to suit your skin type.
Certain conditions and medications may prevent you from undergoing treatments:
● Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Some treatments may not be recommended; consult with your doctor.
● Recent Use of Isotretinoin (Accutane): Wait 6 months after completing treatment.
● Active Skin Infections or Open Wounds: Treatment will not be performed on these areas.
● Photosensitivity Disorders: Some laser treatments may not be suitable.
If you have any specific concerns or conditions, please speak with our team before booking your session.
Most of our HydraFacial treatments are safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as they involve gentle cleansing and hydration. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before undergoing any laser treatments or injectables during pregnancy.
Yes, our treatments can be adjusted for sensitive skin. We use safe and gentle methods, like laser facials and HydraFacials with soothing serums, to reduce irritation and enhance comfort.
BEFORE & AFTER TREATMENT
● Avoid sun exposure or tanning beds for 48 hours before your session.
● Discontinue the use of retinoids, exfoliants, or active ingredients (Vitamin C, AHAs) 48 hours before treatment.
● Stay hydrated to ensure your skin is in the best condition for the treatment.
● Avoid sun exposure and use SPF 30+ for at least 5 days post-treatment.
● Skip active ingredients like retinoids, AHAs, and Vitamin C for 48 hours.
● Avoid makeup and intense exercise for 24 hours to prevent irritation.
● Use a gentle, non-active moisturizer twice daily to keep your skin hydrated
Most treatments have minimal to no downtime, with mild redness being the most common side effect. This usually subsides within a few hours. Treatments like Fractional Laser or BBL may cause mild peeling or sensitivity for 1-3 days.
